Bakuman is the newest manga by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. (creaters of Death Note) The manga is about two boys in 9th grade who wish to be mangaka, or manga artists named Moritaka 'Saiko' Mashiro, and Akito 'Shujin' Takagi.

Ah, I love Bakuman! I might wanna join, but I have a question about the mangaka, voice actor, or both thing. When it comes to being in the club, does it matter which one you are? As in, does it help you with being able to enter certain contests or something, or is it just a title for fun?
